This hearty pizza is both sweet and salty, a tantalizing blend for your menu.
250 g pizza dough
60 mLs tomato base sauce
120 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Shredded Mozzarella
100 g sweet potato-peeled, large diced and simmered until tender
130 g chorizo-thick slices, grilled and broken into random pieces
Place stretched pizza dough onto tray and spread on tomato base.
Evenly distribute the Perfect Italiano Traditional Shredded Mozzarella, seas salt, pepper and dried chilli.
Scatter the cooked sweet potato and chorizo evenly over the base.
Cook pizza in conveyor oven for 5min at 270c. *Recipe suitable for wood fired and similar type convection ovens, cooking time and temperature will vary.
Remove pizza from the oven, cut.
