Asparagus and Ricotta Pizza

A pizza topped with earthy asparagus combined with fragrant dukkah and gentle ricotta. A light, fresh vegetarian option for your menu.

Ingredients
  • 1 pizza base

  • 50 g Anchor Culinary Cream

  • 1 handful parsley, chopped

  • 120 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded

  • 1/2 bunch asparagus, thinly sliced

  • 1 handful picked thyme

  • 40 g Perfect Italiano Ricotta

  • 2 g hazelnut dukkah

  • 5 g Perfect Italiano Shredded Parmesan

  • 5 g lemon zest

  • 2 g salt

  • 2 g pepper

Method
  1. Spread the Anchor Culinary Cream over the pizza base.

  2. Evenly top with chopped parsley and Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded.

  3. Top with 2/3 of the sliced asparagus then place in the oven and cook until the cheese has melted, and base is crispy.

  4. Remove from the oven garnish with remaining asparagus, Perfect Italiano Ricotta, Perfect Italiano Shredded Parmesan, dukkah, thyme sprigs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
