50 g Anchor Culinary Cream
1 handful parsley, chopped
120 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded
1/2 bunch asparagus, thinly sliced
1 handful picked thyme
40 g Perfect Italiano Ricotta
2 g hazelnut dukkah
5 g Perfect Italiano Shredded Parmesan
5 g lemon zest
2 g salt
2 g pepper
Spread the Anchor Culinary Cream over the pizza base.
Evenly top with chopped parsley and Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded.
Top with 2/3 of the sliced asparagus then place in the oven and cook until the cheese has melted, and base is crispy.
Remove from the oven garnish with remaining asparagus, Perfect Italiano Ricotta, Perfect Italiano Shredded Parmesan, dukkah, thyme sprigs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
