1 pizza base
60 g sugo sauce
1 handful parsley, chopped
120 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded
100 g zucchini, sliced & grilled
10 g peas
40 g Perfect Italiano Ricotta
5 g Perfect Italiano Shredded Parmesan
5 g lemon zest
2 g chili flakes
2 g salt
2 g pepper
Spread the sugo sauce over the pizza base.
Evenly top with chopped parsley and Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded.
Top with pieces of grilled zucchini and peas then place in the oven and cook until the cheese has melted, and the base is crispy.
Garnish pizza with chili flakes, lemon zest dollops of Perfect Italiano Ricotta and Perfect Italiano Shredded Parmesan.
