This flavourful, Middle-Eastern inspired pizza makes use of savoury roasted capsicum, complimented by the muhamarra dip.
250 g pizza dough
60 mLs tomato base sauce
120 g Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese
180 g Roasted red capsicum-skinned, peeled, and chopped
80 g Muhamarra dip
Place stretched pizza dough onto tray and spread on tomato base.
Evenly distribute the Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese.
Evenly scatter the roasted capsicum over the cheese.
Cook pizza in conveyor oven for 5min at 270c. *Recipe suitable for wood fired and similar type convection ovens, cooking time and temperature will vary.
Remove pizza from the oven, cut. Add dollops of the Muhamarra dip or serve it as a side dish
