A nutty, sweet and savoury vegetarian pizza. A lighter option, with a white sauce base to mix up your menu.
200 g pizza dough, rolled and ready
90 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded
30 g roasted and unsalted cashews, crushed
280 g roasted pumpkin, cubed and marinated in 1 tsp of basil pesto
25 mLs Anchor Culinary Cream
35 g goat’s cheese, crumbled
20 g Perfect Italiano Grated Parmesan
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
10 g extra cashews, roughly chopped
10 g Pumpkin Spiral Chips
Spread Perfect Italiano Mozzarella evenly over the base. Add cubes of roasted pumpkin and crushed cashews. Drizzle with Anchor Culinary Cream. Scatter crumbled goat’s cheese and half of the Perfect Italiano Grated Parmesan evenly over the surface.
When cooked, garnish with fresh parsley, extra cashews, pumpkin spiral chips and remaining Perfect Italiano Parmesan cheese before serving.
