The flavours of souvlaki on a pizza, the classic Mediterranean combination of olives, lemon, lamb, and tzatziki. A unique offering for your pizza menu.
90 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded
200 g pizza dough, rolled and ready
110 g lamb, oven roasted with lemon and rosemary, and diced
35 g Mainland Special Reserve Creamy Feta Cubes
20 g Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
30 mLs caramelized onions
3 lemon wedges
30 mLs tzatziki dip
1/2 rosemary
5 g cracked black pepper
Spread Perfect Italiano Mozzarella around pizza base, with more at the outer edges than the centre.
Place diced roasted lamb evenly around the pizza and follow with crumbled Mainland Feta Cubes and kalamata olives. Add a layer of caramelized onions which will protect the lamb from overcooking.
When cooked, drizzle tzatziki dip over the pizza and garnish with chopped rosemary. Serve with lemon wedges for drizzling over.
