A classy take on a classic pepperoni, this tantalizing pizza incorporates fennel. A wonderful seasonal menu inclusion.
1 pizza base
60 g sugo sauce
1 handful parsley, chopped
120 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded
1/4 fennel, shaved
40 g salami
1 handful fennel fronds
10 mLs olive oil
5 mLs lemon juice
2 g salt
2 g pepper
Spread the sugo sauce over the pizza base
Evenly top with chopped parsley and Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded
Spread out salami slices and 2/3 shaved fennel then place into an oven and cook until the cheese has melted, and base is crispy.
Place remaining shaved fennel in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, fennel fronds, salt and pepper. Toss to combine and garnish pizza once cooked.
