Thai Chicken Pizza

Thai Chicken Pizza on a white pizza paddle, with a bowl of fresh chilli beside it ready to eat.
Ingredients
  • 150 g chicken thigh boneless, shredded

  • 10 mLs light soy sauce

  • 10 mLs rice wine vinegar

  • 5 g Fresh ginger, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 2 g dried chilli flakes

  • 20 g green papaya, finely shredded

  • 20 g carrot, finely shredded

  • 5 g peanuts, crushed

  • 10 g mint leaves, picked

  • 10 g coriander leaves, picked

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 Pizza base, 30cm

  • 60 g tomato sugo

  • 100 g Perfect Italiano Shredded Mozzarella

  • 5 g flaked sea salt

  • 5 g pepper to season

Method
  1. Prepare Thai chicken mix by combining chicken, soy, rice wine vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and dried chilli flakes.

  2. Mix well until all evenly combined, place mixture in refrigerator for one hour to allow to marinate.

  3. Place pizza base on a 30cm pizza tray, spread tomato sugo over base.

  4. Sprinkle Mozzarella shredded over tomato sugo, crumble Thai chicken mix over cheese.

  5. Cook in pre - heated at 270c for 6 minutes oven until crisp.

  6. Remove from oven. Combine garnish ingredients and mix to a salad, garnish pizza with salad
