150 g chicken thigh boneless, shredded
10 mLs light soy sauce
10 mLs rice wine vinegar
5 g Fresh ginger, chopped
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 g dried chilli flakes
20 g green papaya, finely shredded
20 g carrot, finely shredded
5 g peanuts, crushed
10 g mint leaves, picked
10 g coriander leaves, picked
1 lime, juiced
1 Pizza base, 30cm
60 g tomato sugo
100 g Perfect Italiano Shredded Mozzarella
5 g flaked sea salt
5 g pepper to season
Prepare Thai chicken mix by combining chicken, soy, rice wine vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and dried chilli flakes.
Mix well until all evenly combined, place mixture in refrigerator for one hour to allow to marinate.
Place pizza base on a 30cm pizza tray, spread tomato sugo over base.
Sprinkle Mozzarella shredded over tomato sugo, crumble Thai chicken mix over cheese.
Cook in pre - heated at 270c for 6 minutes oven until crisp.
Remove from oven. Combine garnish ingredients and mix to a salad, garnish pizza with salad
