400 g pizza dough
25 mLs tomato sugo
25 mLs tomato sauce
90 g Perfect Italiano Shredded Mozzarella
30 g Mainland Egmont Shredded
100 g beef mince, pan fried
20 g jalapenos
5 g sesame seeds
60 g Perfect Italiano Ricotta
30 g yellow mustard
20 g cornichon
5 g flaked sea salt
5 g pepper to season
Roll out pizza dough, press into a round tray.
Mix together tomato sugo and tomato sauce and spread evenly over the base.
Top with Perfect Italiano Mozzarella, Mainland Egmont, cooked beef mince and jalapenos.
Sprinkle sesame seeds around the edge of the base.
Bake in pizza oven until base is crisp on the bottom and mozzarella is golden and blistered.
Mix Perfect Italiano Ricotta with yellow mustard.
Remove pizza from oven and dollop the ricotta mustard mix over warm pizza and garnish with cornichons.
