Ingredients
  • 400 g pizza dough

  • 25 mLs tomato sugo

  • 25 mLs tomato sauce

  • 90 g Perfect Italiano Shredded Mozzarella

  • 30 g Mainland Egmont Shredded

  • 100 g beef mince, pan fried

  • 20 g jalapenos

  • 5 g sesame seeds

  • 60 g Perfect Italiano Ricotta

  • 30 g yellow mustard

  • 20 g cornichon

  • 5 g flaked sea salt

  • 5 g pepper to season

Method
  1. Roll out pizza dough, press into a round tray.

  2. Mix together tomato sugo and tomato sauce and spread evenly over the base.

  3. Top with Perfect Italiano Mozzarella, Mainland Egmont, cooked beef mince and jalapenos.

  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds around the edge of the base.

  5. Bake in pizza oven until base is crisp on the bottom and mozzarella is golden and blistered.

  6. Mix Perfect Italiano Ricotta with yellow mustard.

  7. Remove pizza from oven and dollop the ricotta mustard mix over warm pizza and garnish with cornichons.
